Team Warstic San Diego 13U Tryouts
We are excited to host our initial tryout for Team Warstic San Diego. Our goal is to create a well balanced 13U team that can compete against the best competition across Southern California. This is a competitive team that will be playing and practicing together for most of the year. While we encourage your child to play multiple sports throughout the year, the 6 months between January and July 4th tournament will be dedicated to playing on Team Warstic. Players can play other sports during this time but will be committed to attending all scheduled practices and games . Playing for multiple baseball teams (Travel or Little League) will not be permitted.
Day 1
An evaluation of players running, throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching, catching and baseball acumen. We will come together as a staff after the first tryout to cut down into a smaller group that will be asked to come back for a final tryout on Day 2.
Day 2
A more comprehensive assessment of each player. We will take an extended look through drills and game like scenarios to determine the final roster.
